To make managing your classes a breeze, and to keep you updated on your little one’s progress, we’ve launched the Active World app to all BK’s Swim members.

The app is your self-managed personal portal that’ll allow you to:
• Book new classes
• View upcoming classes
• Advise of your child’s non-attendance and book make-up classes
• Track learning pathways and progression
• Send and receive messages to the centre staff
• Manage personal and billing details

How to get started as an existing member:
• Download the Active World app on the App store or Google Play
• Enter your centre’s code:
o O’Connor: BK_OCONNOR
o Clyde North: BK_CLYDENORTH

If you’re an existing member, we’ve already set your account up! All you need to do is:
• Tap ‘Forgot Password’
• A link will be sent to the email you have registered with us for you to reset your password
• Jump back into the app, enter your password and you are all set!
